millsummit.com/health-in-high-heels Sponsorship levels marked with an asterisk (*) are limited to one sponsor on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a creative, women-focused sponsorship idea, the Committee welcomes your suggestions.
For additional tickets to the event that come with your sponsorship, we will send you additional information about where to send them to register or how to get us their names for the guest list.
General admission guests can also register using our registration website here.
*Please note, only the credit card option works below (not paypal for this event). When you select your sponsorship/registration and/or advertising option, it should bring up a value greater than $0 to the cart at the bottom ahead of you going to check out - if no value pops up when you made your selection, please refresh the browser. Once you have made your selection, pressing the register button will take you to another page on Stripe to process your credit card and complete your registration.
Payments will be processed with Credit / Debit Card.
